Hi, we're Jackie and Shannon and we're so excited you're here! This website is what you can call a "work in progress" since we're always working on new content for our community.

Originally from Seattle, we moved to our current homes in Lake Forest Park (a suburb of Seattle) in 2014, right before Shannon's oldest daughter was born. We own two adjacent houses on Lake Washington, one for Jackie and her kids and one for Shannon's family. We've been friends since we met in 2006 at an Anti-Deforestation protest in Seattle - we are both very passionate about saving the environment and stopping climate change one step at a time.

Shannon (the mom on the right) has two kids - a six-year-old daughter, Juniper-Leigh Maybelline Rushmore, and a two-year-old son, Ryver Robert Rushmore. She is married to Robert Rushmore III, a business owner and city council member here in beautiful Washington State. Shannon loves her kids only a little more than she loves wine, and she and her hubby go on frequent wine tours. Her family owns a dog, Merlot, and together they go jet skiing almost every weekend.

Jackie Landsworth is a single mom from Everett with twin boys Maxwell and Hunter. She lives in beautiful Lake Forest Park, Washington with her sons and bengal cat Thea. She has won fourteen awards as most influential champagne connoisseur at the WWWC (Western Washington Wine Convention).

Together, we're giving back to the community by giving parenting advice and tips on how to set your little one up for success while keeping it simple. This website will have everything you need to be a great mom - from product recommendations you and your kids will love, to advice on making your life easier.
